1. I bought an Edge 54" mower a couple of years back. The front caster spindles are supposed to be maintenance-free, no grease fittings or anything. Now, they’re making a loud squeaking noise. A rep from the company mentioned they switched to maintenance-free because folks weren’t keeping up with maintenance. So now they’ve got these plastic sleeves that hardly make it through the warranty. In short, it feels like a $2800 mower is only built to last two years. 2. I ordered through their site on May 28th, and it still says 'in progress,' but they can’t find my order. What gives? After chatting with them and realizing they intentionally design their stuff to fail, I’ve decided this will be my last buy from them, including Gravely, Westwood, and Countax.

So far, I've just changed the spark plug, oil, greased the fittings, and pumped up the air in those hefty tires after all this time of smooth performance. There are plenty of YouTube videos that can guide you on how to handle the maintenance yourself. Make sure to do your homework on the Thrower you pick; those cheaper models often lead to a subpar experience. It might be tempting, but trust me, it’s not worth it. I reached out to get my chainsaw warranty sorted. You'd think it’d be straightforward, right? But after making a call, sending emails, and submitting a ticket... here we are a month later... still nothing. If their customer service is this poor, what’s gonna happen if I need a spare part, a fix, or to make a warranty claim? UPDATE: After a lot of persistence, I finally managed to get it registered.
